Man Arrested in Nagaon for Spreading Fake News on Zubeen Garg’s Death

Nagaon police arrested Injamul Haque of Telia-Bebejia village for posting fake information about singer Zubeen Garg’s death on Facebook. SSP Swapnanil Deka said Haque shared a false “investigation report” to incite unrest. A case has been registered under relevant BNS and IT Act sections. The accused was produced in court after his arrest.
