Man Held for Allegedly Beating Father to Death in Bongaigaon

Bongaigaon: A man allegedly beat his father to death following a family dispute at Choutaki in Abhayapuri under Bongaigaon district. The deceased has been identified as Narottam Nath, while the accused is his son, Kamal Nath.

According to family members, the victim was allegedly addicted to alcohol and frequently subjected the family to domestic violence. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
