Massive Fire Damages Rubber Warehouse in Guwahati

A major fire broke out early morning in the Basistha area of Guwahati, gutting a rubber warehouse at Patarkuchi and causing widespread panic among nearby residents.

The blaze, reported from Lane No. 7, sent thick smoke into the sky and quickly engulfed the warehouse, reportedly owned by a local resident known as Captain. Property worth several lakhs is feared to have been destroyed.

Fire and emergency teams rushed to the spot and managed to control the flames before they could spread further.

The exact cause of the fire remains unknown, and authorities have launched an investigation.
