Massive Fire Destroys Under-construction Dhaba Near Guwahati

An under-construction dhaba in Sonapur, on the outskirts of Guwahati, was engulfed in a massive fire on Thursday night. The dhaba, situated on the Kolongpar-Chandrapur road, was completely razed to the ground by the unprecedented blaze. Although fire tenders managed to douse the inferno, the structure had already suffered extensive damage. Local police, upon investigation, apprehended two individuals on suspicion of arson. Further inquiries into the incident are ongoing.
