Medicines Recovered in Nalbari Amid Guwahati Warehouse Theft Probe

Guwahati: A consignment of medicines has been recovered from an abandoned house in Nalbari’s Balikaria village following the reported theft of medicines worth crores from a Macleods Pharmaceuticals warehouse. The theft was discovered on October 22, with six CCTV recording devices also missing.

Three accused have reportedly surrendered, while another remains at large. Police are yet to establish whether the recovered medicines are linked to the warehouse theft.
