Netaji Statue Reinstallation in Silchar on August 31

Silchar MLA Dipayan Chakraborty announced that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s new statue at Rangirkhari will be unveiled on August 31, with CM Himanta Biswa Sarma as chief guest. The area has been beautified with new footpaths, railings, lighting, and landscaping. The statue is sculpted by renowned artist Arun Yogiraj. Ministers, MPs, and citizens will join the ceremony.
