New Toll Gate at Sulung to Raise Travel Costs to Tezpur, North Bank

A new toll gate at Sulung in Nagaon will soon become operational, increasing toll fees for vehicles traveling to Tezpur and the North Bank. This brings the total toll points between Guwahati and Biswanath to four: Sonapur, Raha, Sulung, and Ratowa. Cars will pay Rs 130 one-way and Rs 190 for same-day return at Sulung. NHAI has floated tenders for toll collection.
