Nine Schools in Nagaon Face Suspension Over Examination Scandal

The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) has suspended admissions to Class XI in nine Nagaon schools due to allegations of using unauthorized question papers and tampering with seals during the HS Class XI exams on March 27. Affected schools include Bagariguri Advance Academy, Alpha Beta Senior Secondary, and others. Additionally, seven other schools in the district have been asked to explain their poor performance in the HSLC exams by May 5. The board emphasized strict adherence to examination integrity.
