NSF Seeks Cancellation of ILPs for Evictees from Assam

The Naga Students Federation urged the Nagaland government to cancel ILPs issued since July 29 to people from Assam districts facing eviction. Citing risks of displaced persons entering Nagaland, the NSF called for suspending new ILPs, verifying applicants, and coordinating with Assam to protect the state’s cultural and demographic identity.
