Police Arrest Contract Killer in Assam Businessman’s Murder Case

In a major breakthrough, police arrested Shashi Ram, a contract killer from Bihar, for the murder of businessman Ibrahim Ali in Assam’s Bajali. Ali was attacked on July 1 by a gang, injuring his mother. The incident was caught on CCTV. Earlier, Bajali police had arrested five others from Guwahati, including Manohar Ali and Eyakub Ali. Three assailants are identified as professional killers from Bihar. Efforts continue to apprehend the remaining fugitives.
