Police Raid Spa in Geetanagar, Rescue Eight Women

Guwahati: Police busted an alleged prostitution racket operating from a spa in the Geetanagar area and rescued eight women during a raid at SNB Parlour and Spa on Tuesday.

Two persons, identified as Namita Devi and Anil Boro, were apprehended during the operation. Police also seized several items from the premises, including condoms, vaginal tablets, a customer register and trade licence documents. Investigation is underway.
