Police Recover Hidden Pistol and Ammunition in Bajali Murder Case

Police in the Bajali district of Assam made a significant breakthrough in a murder case by recovering a concealed pistol and ammunition. The recovery followed the interrogation of Monohor Ali, the prime accused, who revealed the location under the Taltall railway over-bridge near Dumuria where the items were hidden. Led by additional SP Trinayan Bhuyan, a police team conducted a thorough search and recovered a 7.65 factory-made pistol with two rounds of ammunition. This discovery is crucial for the ongoing investigation into the murder of Ibrahim Ali, providing substantial evidence under relevant sections of the law.
