Purabi Dairy Achieves ₹400 Crore Turnover, Sees Strong Growth in 2025–26

Purabi Dairy recorded a turnover of ₹400 crore in 2025–26, marking significant growth driven by an expanding farmer base and higher milk procurement.

The cooperative saw a 33% rise from the previous year, with strong growth in value-added products like curd, paneer, and ghee. Its network expanded to over 58,000 farmers and 1,600 societies.

New facilities, including a plant in Silchar, and plans for further expansion aim to strengthen Assam’s dairy sector.
