Purabi Dairy Begins Operations in Barak Valley with Silchar Plant

WAMUL, which markets Purabi Dairy, has started operations in the Barak Valley after inaugurating a renovated milk processing plant at Gungoor in Silchar. The plant will supply hygienically packed Purabi Plus milk and other dairy products across the region. Upgraded with a capacity of 20,000 litres per day, the facility aims to improve milk availability and benefit local dairy farmers. With this, WAMUL now operates three plants in Assam—in Guwahati, Dhemaji and Silchar.
