SCERT Issues Guidelines for 2024-2025 School Examinations

SCERT has released guidelines for Formative and Summative Assessments for classes III to VIII. FA1 (50 marks) was held in June, while SA1 (100 marks) will be in September. FA2 will take place in December, and SA2 in February 2025. For classes V and VIII, the annual exam will cover the full year’s syllabus. Promotion decisions will rely on these exams, with students needing to achieve 50% or 45% of tested outcomes. Remedial measures and re-exams will be offered for students failing to meet expectations.
