Severed Body of Assam Woman Found in Kolkata Trolley Bag; Two Arrested

The severed body of 35-year-old Sumita Ghosh from Jorhat, Assam, was found in a trolley bag in Kolkata, West Bengal. Missing for ten days, Sumita had been staying with relatives in Kolkata since February. Police arrested Falguni Ghosh and her mother, Aarti Ghosh, while they attempted to dispose of the body along the Ganga riverbank. Locals grew suspicious when the women refused to open the bag, claiming it held a pet dog. Authorities are investigating the case further.
