The victims were not part of the official delegation, which included over 4,000 pilgrims. The ministry is coordinating with Saudi officials on burial procedures and potential repatriation. This incident occurred as pilgrims gathered at Mount Arafat, with temperatures reaching 48 degrees Celsius.
