Soil Health Cards Distributed to Farmers in Tezpur

At an event in Tezpur, the Sonitpur District Agriculture Department, along with Octopus INC, distributed Soil Health Cards to around 100 farmers. Tezpur MLA Prithiraj Rabha emphasized the benefits of proper soil testing for better crop yields, while District Commissioner Ankur Bharali highlighted the use of 12 parameters to determine suitable fertilizers. The initiative is part of a larger drive, with 26,793 samples collected and over 2,000 cards prepared for distribution across 94 villages.
