Sri Utpal Kumar Nath, Addl Patwari O/O Settlement Officer Hailakandi & Cachar district has been trapped and arrested red handed today by a team of Directorate of Vigilance & Anti-Corruption, Assam while accepting demanded money for land certification work of the complainant.
