STF Seizes Heroin Worth ₹4 Crore, Two Arrested

The Special Task Force (STF) seized 533 grams of heroin hidden in a car at Amingaon during a drug bust. The narcotics, packed in 41 soap boxes, were being trafficked from Jirighat (Silchar) to lower Assam. Two suspects, Sajmul Laskar and Mrinal Hussain, were arrested. The estimated street value of the seized heroin is ₹4 crore. Authorities are investigating the drug syndicate behind the smuggling.
