Symposium at CNB College Highlights Wildlife Ecosystem Conservation

A symposium on ‘Maintaining Wildlife Ecosystem’ was held at CNB College, Bokakhat, organised by the Kaziranga Wildlife Society. Experts including Prof Parimal Bhattacharya, Prof Iswar Chandra Baruah, and Assam Gaurav Dharani Dhar Boro spoke on ecosystem diversity, threats from invasive weeds, and wildlife protection. Students were urged to take active roles in conserving nature, with emphasis on safeguarding Kaziranga’s grasslands, wetlands, and forests through scientific approaches.
