Tezpur University Marks National Anti-Ragging Week with Poster-Making Event

Tezpur University’s Department of Education celebrated National Anti-Ragging Week with a poster-making competition themed “Building Friendship, Not Fear.” The event, part of the Anti-Ragging Awareness Mahotsav, aimed to promote a positive campus environment. Students creatively expressed anti-ragging messages through art, while other activities like tree planting, quizzes, and movie screenings also took place. Dr. Sashapra Chakraborty, the HOD, highlighted the importance of a ragging-free campus and fostering student friendships in her keynote address.
