Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Chief Minister of Assam, declared Sunday, January 22, to be a “Dry Day” in honour of the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
During the meeting, a number of other decisions were made in addition to declaring “Dry Day.”
