The Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University celebrated its 18th Foundation Day

On Monday, the 18th Foundation Day of Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) was observed. Prof. K. K. Agarwal, the founder of Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University and a former chairman of the National Board of Accreditation, was the chief guest at the celebration held on the university campus. Prof. S. Arumugam, the vice chancellor of Tamil Nadu Open University, was invited to speak at the event.
