The Nagaland BJP has appointed new office bearers

JP Nadda, the party’s national president, has approved a new team of office bearers for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland State Unit, led by newly elected President Benjamin Yepthomi.

Dr Shurhozelie Liezietsu, on the other hand, resigned as president of the Naga People’s Front (NPF) on October 21. The fact that Liezietsu has stepped down as NPF president after nearly two decades makes him the NPF’s longest serving president.
