After a nine-year gap, tiger bitterns have been spotted during Jatinga’s mysterious bird suicide phenomenon, which occurs from September to November. This rare sighting is attributed to increased awareness about bird protection. Migratory birds, including Indian pittas, kingfishers, and drongos, arrive under specific weather conditions, though their numbers have declined due to environmental changes.
