TMCH Hosts Regional Workshop to Build Capacity in Clinical Trials

Tezpur Medical College and Hospital conducted a three-day regional workshop on clinical trials from January 5 to 7 to strengthen research capacity. Organised by the Multidisciplinary Research Unit in collaboration with NIMHANS Bengaluru, the programme trained participants from several medical colleges in Assam and Meghalaya.

An expert team from NIMHANS led the sessions, focusing on improving clinical trial readiness in the region. TMCH officials highlighted the need for sustained training and thanked the Department of Health Research for supporting the initiative.
