Toddler Drowns During Vishwakarma Puja in Bishwanath

An 18-month-old boy, Mirnas Nirla, tragically drowned in a pond near his home in Bishwanath during Vishwakarma Puja. The child slipped while playing without supervision. His body was recovered by locals and sent for post-mortem. The incident cast a shadow over the festivities.
