Unemployed Youth Protest at Dabidubi Over Jobs at Numaligarh Refinery

Educated unemployed youths staged a protest at Dabidubi in Khumtai, Golaghat district, alleging that local residents are being ignored in employment at the Numaligarh Refinery expansion project.

The protesters accused the refinery authorities of favouring outside labourers and demanded priority jobs for local youths. They warned of halting work if their demands are not met, urging the administration and refinery management to address the issue promptly.
