Veteran Assamese swimmer Elvis Ali Hazarika becomes the first NE to cross the North Channel

Elvis Ali Hazarika becomes the 3rd Indian and the First from North-East to cross the North Channel.

North Channel is considered one of the big 3 ocean marathons and is between Ireland and Scotland and in freezing waters.
