Violent Confrontation Unfolds at Dispur Police Station as Girls Attack Woman over Obscene Photo Allegations

A disturbing incident occurred at Dispur Police Station in Guwahati where a group of girls engaged in a physical altercation with a woman on Monday. The girls allegedly singled out and attacked the woman inside the police station premises, involving hair-pulling that resulted in the victim losing all her hair and sustaining painful injuries.

The injured woman, a resident of Assam’s Lakhimpur, had been summoned to the police station in connection with a case related to the sharing of obscene photographs. As she entered the Dispur Police Station, the group of girls present at the station assaulted her.

Later revelations indicated that the injured woman was accused of sharing obscene images of the girls who attacked her. The assailants claimed that she, along with her lover, had made the photographs viral. Authorities have already detained the lover in connection with the case, and the woman was called in for questioning, leading to the violent confrontation inside the police station.
