Woman Alleges Wrong Injections at GMCH, Health Deteriorates

Guwahati: A case of alleged medical negligence has been reported at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where a woman admitted with fever was reportedly given three injections meant for a kidney patient. The patient’s family claimed the error, allegedly committed by a junior nurse, led to a deterioration in her condition. Hospital authorities are yet to issue a detailed statement on the incident.
