Workshop on Cancer Registry’s Role in Cancer Control Held in Guwahati

The Population-Based Cancer Registry (PBCR) of Kamrup District, in collaboration with the National Centre for Disease Informatics and Research (NCDIR), Bengaluru, recently organized a regional workshop titled “Role of Cancer Registry in Cancer Control” at Dr. B Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati.

The event featured Dr. B C Goswami as Chief Guest, with key addresses by Dr. Prashant Mathur of NCDIR and Dr. B B Borthakur of BBCI. The workshop was attended by medical professionals and registry staff, focusing on the vital role of cancer registries in improving cancer control and management.
