Youth Arrested with Heroin, Cash in Late-Night Paltanbazar Police Operation

Paltanbazar Police arrested a youth near Ulubari late Tuesday night with 12 grams of banned heroin packed in 99 containers, Rs 1.63 lakh in cash, and an unregistered scooter. The accused, identified as Akhilesh Kumar Verma from Uttar Pradesh, was detained after locals reported suspicious activity. Police are investigating possible links to a wider drug network.
