Youth Congress Holds Torch Rally in Nalbari Seeking Justice for Zubeen Garg

The Nalbari District Youth Congress held a massive torch rally on Saturday night demanding justice for Assam’s cultural icon, Zubeen Garg. Led by AIYC President Uday Bhanu and APYC President Jubeir Anam, the procession began from Chamata Krishna Temple and ended near Jamartal Chowk. Police briefly stopped the march, causing minor tension. Leaders criticised the government for delaying the truth behind Zubeen’s death and restricting tributes in his memory. They vowed to continue protests until justice is served.
