2 arrested and seized Marijuana worth Rs 10 cr in Guwahati

On Wednesday morning the Special Task Force (STF) Guwahati seized marijuana weighing around 4000 kg, valued around Rs. 10 crore.

In relation to the case, two other people were also detained during the operation.

According to reports, in Beharbari under Basistha Police station, the STF squad found and stopped a truck that was carrying marijuana covered in raw rubber.

The two who were taken into custody are 29-year-old Biswajit Das and 46-year-old Raju Sharma.
