Six people were arrested in Guwahati with narcotics worth Rs. 18 crore

Assam police officers arrested six suspected drug peddlers in Guwahati on Monday night, including three residents of Manipur’s Churachandpur, with heroin worth Rs 18 crore in their possession.

The state police force’s Special Task Force (STF) launched a search operation across Guwahati based on specific intel and seized the narcotic substances from a vehicle in the Amingaon area.
