In Hailakandi, a mother-son was detained relating heroin

On Saturday night, the Hailakandi police detained two people connected to the case and confiscated heroin and money.

Following a raid on a resident in Lala town’s Ward 9, the Hailakandi district’s Lala police seized 1.54 grams of heroin stored in seven tiny containers.

A cash sum of Rs 9,100 and numerous syringes were also found along with the heroin.
