CM Himanta Biswa Sarma Launches Key Digital Reforms in Revenue and Employment Sectors

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma launched ‘e-DEED’, a digital system for property registration and revenue court management, ensuring efficiency and transparency. A new portal will track revenue cases from registration to judgment.

He also introduced the CM-Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan (AAA) registration portal, allowing 1.52 lakh youths to apply for Rs 2 lakh government aid under the self-employment scheme. In the first phase, 25,000 youths received Rs 1 lakh, with a second installment due this year. The second phase will benefit 75,000 youths.
