Young Couple Found Dead in Suspected Suicide Over Failed Love Affair in Cachar

A young couple from Bagpur, Cachar, allegedly died by suicide after family opposition to their relationship. Locals found their bodies hanging from a tree and alerted police. The deceased were identified as Javed Akhtar and a 17-year-old girl. Police are investigating all possible angles, including honor killing.
