BJP Wins Two Zila Parishad Seats Unopposed in Darrang
The BJP secured two Zila Parishad seats unopposed in Assam’s Darrang district ahead of the Panchayat polls. Bitopan Deka and Parismita Nath were declared winners without contest. The BJP and ally AGP are contesting all 12 ZP seats in the district. Congress failed to field candidates in several constituencies.
