Pharmacy Body Urges CM to Form Assam Pharmacy Council

The Association of Advanced Pharmacy Practitioners (AAPP) urged CM Himanta Biswa Sarma to form the Assam Pharmacy Council, pending since the 2023 results. They also sought a recruitment rule for Deputy Director of Pharmacy, adoption of MCI’s prescription format, NOC for pharmacy students studying outside Assam, and stricter training rules for diploma holders.
