BPF Rules Out Alliance, Eyes Solo Win in BTC Polls

The Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) has ruled out any alliance with the BJP or Congress for the upcoming BTC elections. Senior leader Durga Das Boro said the party is confident of securing a majority on its own. BPF is in seat-sharing talks with GSP but denies any wider alliance. Boro criticized the ruling UPPL-led council for poor governance and accused the state of undermining the BTR Accord. He claimed BPF’s popularity is growing across communities.
