Hagrama Open to BPF-UPPL Unity, Seeks Written Commitment

BPF chief Hagrama Mohilary said he has no objection to uniting with UPPL ahead of BTR polls but insisted on written commitments over verbal assurances. Community bodies including ABSU and Bodo Sahitya Sabha urged both parties to hold talks before August 12 to strengthen Bodo unity. UPPL president Pramod Boro said any decision would follow discussions with these organisations.
