SIT Awaits Statements from Assam Association Members in Zubeen Case

The SIT gave an October 6 deadline for Assam Association members in Singapore to record statements on Zubeen Garg’s death. Only one has appeared so far. Officials said cooperation is vital as forcing their presence is difficult at this stage. If involvement is proven, extradition or passport cancellation could follow, though the process would be lengthy.
