Five Arrested in Guwahati Drug Crackdown, Heroin and Cannabis Seized

Police conducted intelligence-based operations across Guwahati, arresting five persons and seizing heroin, ganja and cannabis from multiple locations. Panbazar police arrested two youths with heroin, while Dispur police recovered over 8 kg of ganja from a residence in Kahilipara.

In another operation, Gorchuk police intercepted a car during naka checking and seized nearly 33 kg of cannabis, arresting two occupants. Further investigation is underway.
