Zubeen Garg’s Family Criticises Congress Manifesto, Urges No Politicisation

Family members of late singer Zubeen Garg have criticised the Indian National Congress manifesto for promising justice in his case within 100 days.

His uncle Manoj Borthakur said such claims are unrealistic, as the legal process can extend from lower courts to higher courts, making fixed timelines impossible.

The family alleged that political parties are trying to gain mileage from Zubeen’s death and appealed to all parties not to politicise the issue, urging respect for the legal process.
