Congress Supporter’s Shop Set on Fire in Titabor, Family Escapes Unhurt

In a suspected post-election violence incident, unidentified miscreants allegedly set fire to a shop belonging to Congress supporter Rupali Das at Rangajan Tiniali in Titabor during the early hours of Friday.

Rupali Das claimed petrol-filled bottles were used in the attack while her family was asleep nearby. Locals heading to a wedding noticed the fire and alerted villagers, helping prevent a major tragedy.

The fire destroyed the shop and goods worth thousands of rupees. An FIR has been lodged at Titabor Police Station, and police have started an investigation into the incident.
