Two Workers Killed After Falling From Building in Dhubri

Two construction workers were killed and another seriously injured after falling from a newly constructed three-storey building at Jogamaya Ghat in Dhubri on Friday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Afzal Hussain and Azizur Sheikh. All three workers were engaged in masonry work when the accident occurred around 12 pm.

They were taken to Dhubri Medical College and Hospital, where two workers died during treatment. An FIR has been filed at Dhubri Sadar Police Station, and police are investigating whether proper safety measures were in place at the construction site.
