Nearly One Lakh Beneficiaries Covered Under Atmanirbhar Asom Scheme: Bimal Borah

Guwahati, Assam: Assam Industries Minister Bimal Borah said the Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan (CMAAA) has benefited 99,971 people across its first two phases, promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment through financial assistance and training.

He said EDP training for CMAAA 2.0 beneficiaries is underway and will conclude by July 31, while banks have been directed to support eligible beneficiaries with institutional loans to help expand their businesses.
